The Queen City Ballet conservatory is a pre-professional ballet school accepting students as young as three years of age and offering classes to all dancers willing to apply themselves diligently to the disciplines required to become proficient in contemporary American ballet.
Our artistic Goals:
- Provide quality dance instruction in ballet, jazz, tap and modern dance forms in a warm, nurturing environment in accord with the developing traditions of contemporary American ballet
- Impart to the dancers an appreciation of aesthetic values and creativity as well as technical skills, cultivating a love for the whole discipline of dance
- Create vital, innovative artistically sound performances
- Be available as a resource to Helena and surrounding communities through special performances and guest instruction at other dance education venues
- Host master classes, workshops, and auditions as published on the QCB website
- Network and collaborate with other community and arts organizations to create exciting dance projects for the whole community.
